INAutoBurn - The Product

Make your CD or DVD burner to a fully automatic backup medium with INAutoBurn. All changes and new files in a supervised folder (including subfolders) is detected an burned as a new session on a CD or DVD ROM. You can reproduce every file at every time.

Characteristics:

• Uses the most common DVD- and CD-ROM-Burners (IDE, EIDE, SCSI, USB andFirewire)
• Supervises a folder or drive including subfolders
• burns the sessions with a selectable size
• optionally compresses every file using ZIP-algorithm
• Stores every file until burning of sessions encrypted (Blowfish 256 Bit) in a temporary folder
• Checks and creates the integrity of the files using hashcodes (SHA-256)
• With that INAutoBurn prevents effectively a manipulation of the files in the period between creating and burning of the file
• Optionally checks every file after writing to the media (verify)
• Allows a warning-message if media is nearly full and completely full (alerting)
• Notifies by using SMTP-mail (incl. SMTP-AUTH), Windows-Messaging-Service or any other suitable executable
• Allows to exclude files or folders with as many filter-rules as you need (uses wildcards)
• Allows to browse through the stored files with a explorer-like interface
• Gives an overview of all created medias.
• Additional tool to check a whole CD or DVD about errors and manipulation.
• Extensive manual as a PDF-File (Acrobat Reader necessary)
• ATTENTION:
  - Currently the program is in english.
  - The manual is currently only available in german language as PDF-file.

System requirements:

We recommend you at least the following specifications for the secure use of INAutoBurn. There are naturally no limits to the top...

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP Professional
• INTEL- or AMD-processor with at least 1Ghz or more
• 128MB memory (recommended 512MB)
• VGA-graphic-adapter with minimum 640x480 and 16Bit (65535 colors)
• Available harddisc-Space for installation of INAutoBurn: min. 50MB + session size
  (about 100MB for CD-ROM and 500MB for DVD-ROM)
• Free space on your harddisc or an additional harddisc for supervising. There should be enough place for the next 4 years
  (+10% for security)
• CD-ROM or DVD-ROM-burner (SCSI, IDE, EIDE, USB or Firewire CD/DVD burner)
• Recommended: Power-Interruption-preventing to avoid problems during the burning process.

To guarantee the smooth and secure operation of INAutoBurn, the following limits shouldn't be exceeded by your application:
